Cranberry Spinach Salad


1 Tbsp of butter
¾ Cup almond slivers
1lb fresh spinach
1 Cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1Tbsp poppy seeds
½ Cup white sugar
2 tsp minced onion
¼ tsp paprika
¼ Cup white vinegar
¼ Cup cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil 


Toast almonds over medium heat until brown, stirring constantly.  Let cool.
Combine spinach, cranberries, toasted almonds, and seeds in a large bowl.
In a medium bowl whisk together sugar, onion, paprika, vinegars, and oil.  Toss with spinach mixture just before serving. Enjoy!
