Why kefir?

Kefir is a live active culture that contains many enzymes that aid in the process of digestion.  It is rich in microorganisms called probiotics that fight off harmful bacteria in the system. Kefir also contains certain properties that help the body digest lactose. It contains bacteria that constantly repopulate and protect the body against disease and infection.

Since kefir is fermented, it is much easier to digest than other dairy products. It is rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, biotin, and folic acid. It contains the vitamins B1, B12, and K. Kefir increases overall energy and vitality.
